Senior Python Developer

We're an AI-first company building innovative agentic frameworks. Looking for a highly experienced Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team — 5+ years of hands-on production Python, deep SDLC & OOP fundamentals, and the drive to ship at the frontier.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain production Python applications, with a strong focus on OOP principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Manage code repositories and version control using Git.
  • Develop and maintain Python automation scripts.
  • Enforce best practices: code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Contribute end-to-end across the SDLC — requirements, build, deploy, maintain.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional Python in production, strong OOP and scripting.
  • Asynchronous tasks, data streaming, and websockets.
  • Message brokers — RabbitMQ or Kafka.
  • Django or FastAPI proficiency.
  • Proven track record shipping robust, scalable Python apps.
  • Full SDLC fluency: planning, dev, testing, CI/CD.
  • 3+ years hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • High proficiency in advanced programming without an AI assistant.
  • Git and other version control systems.
  • Strong collaboration and high-quality code delivery.
  • English proficiency (verbal and written).

Nice-to-Have

  • RAG, LLM and agentic libraries — LangChain, CrewAI, Hugging Face, OpenAI, etc.
  • Cloud experience — AWS, GCP, Azure.
  • Building Generative AI applications.
  • AI / ML principles (not mandatory).
  • Testing frameworks and automated testing.
  • SQL and NoSQL database systems.
  • IaC tools — Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Strong Bash scripting.
